The faribault store.. is courteous, no problem in substituting on a special Pizza. That place is clean also was treated by all three employees and was wished a good night when I left other places could learn from that.
Badly under staffed. As a result pizzas are incorrect and badly made. If you dont mind waiting forever for a called in pre order and remaking it when you get home, its a cheap alternative to cooking.

Literally every time I order they mess something up. We moved to faribault in April and we've ordered at least a dozen times and they've never gotten it right. If it's not made correctly, they're completely out of an ingredient. One time I ordered a club salad and the guy who made it, 15 minutes later than the quoted time, asked me what went on the salad. Today it's thier garlic sauce, at least they called this time, to say we can either change the order or wait an extra hour. This is the final straw we will never be back. Poor management, poorly trained employees.
