Excellent food & fair prices. Very good selection of food type choices. Love the lobster garlic mashed potatoes & the lobster bisque soup. A lot of other very good food too. Have never had a bad meal yet. Service is good too.
Food was great, wait staff/bartender was the worse I have ever experienced at the Depot.
We just stopped there and their Chicken Alfredo Flatbread was out of the world! And for the 5 of the prices weren't bad either! We also had a very nice train experience! It came when we we're eating!
Overall the staff seemed really stressed and was not very friendly (though our waitress was tired but very nice). The atmosphere was run down and not very clean - my family really enjoyed their food but my “adult Mac and cheese” was soggy and greasy and my drinks were terrible, my cocktail was just bitter lime and the Malbec tasted like cough syrup. Also, pare down the menu! You don’t need Korean BBQ, burritos, elk pasta, flatbread, burgers, sandwiches and walleye! No wonder everyone was so stressed. There was also music blaring in the kitchen or back room that made the atmosphere so much more unpleasant + oddly placed furniture in the entry and way too bright. Could be a great place though. I used to come often when I was in school a few years ago and was disappointed to find it so run down.
Best restaurant ever. Love seeing the train when I'm eating at the Depot. Depot is my favorite restaurant.
