Most of the people that work at this bank are extremely rude and very unhelpful....they are also very judgmental, we have had a horrible experience with this bank. However...we go to the Bloomington location frequently, and they are wonderful!! Unfortunately, we aren't able to switch to them as our main bank, since we initially opened the account in Faribault, luckily we were able to open our other account through them. We talked with 3 different people at the Bloomington location, and all 3 were very helpful, had a lot of good information for us, and were able to answer all of our questions, all while being respectful and non-judgmental.
Keep your money somewhere else. The Faribault police run up and down 4th writing speeding tickets. Think about the money you'll save not getting a phony-ballony ticket. At $130 dollars it takes a lot of interest to break even.
